43 days until me and three mates head out for a week in Poniente Apartments. We have been a few times before but never really managed to see much of the island, for various reasons...

Just wandering if anyone could recommend any must do / must see things etc?

If you can manage an early start i'd recommend renting a scooter and exploring the beaches. Benirras beach is my favourite, known as the hippy beach, there's a little hippy market there a few days a week and a really nice restaurant/bar.

If your really into shopping then the big Hippy Market in Es Canar is worth visiting, though in August its like the January sales in 35 degree heat!
