Does Ibiza hold the partys all year round? and
I'm 19, would I have to be 21 to get into the clubs there?
How big is the island?
Where are all the clubs located?

Turbo, welcome to Spotlight.

Minimum age for clubs is 18.
You can check Spotlight for the other info, but the high season is between begining of June until begining of October. The rest of the year, only Pacha and El Divino are open, most of the clubs close for the winter. There are clubs in Ibiza Town, San Antonio, San Raphael.

where is Amesia located? How much are tickets around?

Amnesia and Privilige are in between San Antonio and Ibiza town. You'll need a bus or taxi to get there from either place.

Tickets will be from 30 Euros to 50 Euros depending on what night and where you buy it etc..

Yes, Pacha opens all year (weekends only in winter) El Divino has hosted live music this winter at weekends

19 is ok, 18 minimum age for entry but if you don;t look tooooo young then you'll be ok

The island is small (smallest of the Balearics?) taxi from San Antonio to Ibiza Town (2 main towns) takes about 20 mins (or less if the driver is insane!)

The main clubs are located:
Amnesia, Privilege & Underground are approximately half way between Ibiza Town & San Antonio
Pacha, Penelope & El Divino are in Ibiza Town
Eden & Es Paradis are in San Antonio
Space is in Playa D'en Bossa
DC10 is on the way from D'en Bossa to the airport

€50 to get in a night club?????
For the big clubs listed above, yes...

50€ is for the biggest events (We Love @ Space, Manumission @ Privelege). A normal night at Pacha is 30-40€. El Divino and Penelope 20-30€. Amnesia is also in the 20-40 range, depending on the event.

Sometimes you can find discounted tickets (for example 2-for-1 entrance to Pacha for girls for 40€ total, or 30€ tix to We Love with restrictions.)

Blimey, I was half debating forking out for me and the missus to have a night out at one of the clubs just to see what it's all about. That's put me off though.

And you still have to pay for drinks after that?

Your wallet will take a hammering from the drinks, unless you make do with a two or three...

Personally, I like to think of club entry as being like a ticket to a rock concert, the price is about the same for a well known band. There are cheaper and better alternatives to some of the big clubs, especially if you dont place a lot of importance on seeing TIESTO or OAKENFOLD.

If you have the stamina, you can go for an all day event at Space, and get the pass out band before 5 (?) or so, you can head back to your hotel to top up on booze/water.

Again, there are cheaper alternatives to experiencing the international "vibe" (shudders at the word usage) and the music, although for a one off, why not go for a huge night?

how cold does Ibiza get in the winter? When is winter time in Ibiza, when does it end? Could I live on the beach? just wondering

Well, often you'll get one free drink with entrance
(but the bar people are often a little testy about you using it!)
