I was excited until about an hour ago when pauly has been told that his contract could well be over today and they might not be able to afford to pay him

Hes a contractor for an IT company and has been for about 1 1/2 yrs. He was told last week that he would be there till at least the begining of october and now he has been told that they could be gone today
the whole office has walked out and gone to the pub!Im really hoping that it gets sorted otherwise Ibiza will be done on an extreme budget

I hope he's stashed as many laptops, pcs, etc as possible in case he doesn't get paid!

Ach dont worry, Im in the same boat. I reckon I'll get by on maximum of 50euros for club entry and be out most days im there!

Well update:
Pauly has been told that they are all safe for this week and they will get paid but they will find out later on in the week if it will be for longer
Some things will have to be sacrificed but Im having at least one nice meal out cos its my birthday! I have a credit card

pauly doesnt want to go to pacha this time (we went twice in may), he thinks its too expensive drinks wise (it is!) and its gone really commercial! it was the one time in may, actually the music was poo lol!
theres a few restaurants I fancy trying

well his job is still up in the air
but he did say last night that he cant wait to go to Ibiza to get away from all this sh*t, so I would say that is a pretty positive sign! 
might have also had something to do with the belated wedding cheque my uncle sent (he found it in his suit when he went to clean it and realised he'd forgotten to give it to us!) plus the fact paulys mum gave me a nice amount of euros as a birthday pressie
I went shopping yesterday and am going again today. I have my outfits sorted for space and dc10 now
