4/5 star hotels/apartments in San Antonio

Hi, coming to Ibiza for 3 nights 20 - 23 July and would like a nice hotel/apartment near to the sunset bars.
As it is a special occassion (13 year wedding anniversary and 3 nights without our kids)we wanted somewhere special to stay, can anyone suggest somewhere please?
