What is the 3G/4G coverage like when using a UK number? Asking for streaming reasons. Want to know if I need to download music before I go or is it ok to stream via phone data? In the past I’ve found using my UK data out there isn’t fast enough to stream. Has it gotten any better?

I’ve always found it pretty good. In fact I’d say, I get better coverage than I do in a lot of London.

I’ve never had an issue streaming music whilst over there.

It depends. I had horrible download speeds in some parts of SA and IBZ town this year.
But in some places it was great (even had 4G+).
More people in an area and the speed goes massively down.

You can use this website https://geoportal.minetur.gob.es/VCTEL/vcne.do to find the nearest tower, more than less is up to date. You have to zoom in up to the 4th level to see any tower on the map. Remember, O2 UK uses Telefonica/movistar, Vodafone UK uses vodafone SP, EE uses Orange.
Closer to the tower, better speed.
