ok so someone has to post bac to this. i joined on here bout two weeks ago coz im goin bac to look for a job next week with a friend. had a few emails but no one has posted me bac yet so someone b nice and post me! so seen as this is not the summer work forum my question is if the job plan falls on its arse wat r the 3 things i should def do before i come home? i been twice last time a few weeks ago but i still havn't made it to amnesia yet. which i think is pritty piss poor of me as hav heard its great. especially thurs night. is this true? oh yeah my name is mia im 20 an from manchester. x
 
If you like trance, then Thursday at Amneisa yes, also Pacha and Space are very very well worth a visit clubbing wise, I guess a sunset is obligatory too...the other forum is not visited by many people

1) Do a little dance
2) Make a little love
3) & generally get down tonight!! :D :lol: :D

totally agree but pretty sure i did all of the above on my last ibiza holiday! no doubt i will b doin them again so will jus hav to add another 3 to the list! ibiza next week yey. my feet r boogiein already! :)
 
1. The Terrace at Wips 24hr shop when returning from a club - A must do!!!

2. A Garlands free party.

3. Cafe Del Mar every single night. Make sure you study each sunset and listen to the music. You will get one or two sunsets that just blow you away. I promise! :D
 
1. Bora Bora (it's even better than people make out)
2. Space on Sunday
3. Take a break from the madness one day and hire a car. Take a drive up the mountains and around the island. The place is breath-taking. Plus it only cost about 50-55 euro to hire a convertible for 24 hours. Well worth it.
 
1. BORA BORA - simple

2. Go to Salinas beach and chill next to Sa Trinxa bar - great crowd , great beach tunes, have a drink, have a smoke.

3. I was gonna say what my fave club is as the third thing, but i'm not, as what club you enjoy is down to your tastes - so I'd say go for a few hours preclub drinking aroung Ibiza Town, soaking up the atmosphere, sights and sounds to put you in the mood for whatever floats your boat on the dancefloor.

thank u very much will try all of the above if i get chance. no jus need to get a cheap package deal! i refuse to pay 300 pound plus for a week and 380 plus for two! its jus not gonna happen. so dont try ot on travel agents! x
 
I don't know about all this Space hype really I found it full of posers and the music got cheesy, lots of vocal house just to please the girls. I reckon Bora Bora is just as good, in fact even better 'cause its free. Bonus: no Mr Moneybags trying to look cool on the Terrace.

My Big Three are:
- At least one good clubbing night and if you have the taste for a wild party, cocoon on a Monday night is a must;
- Mission away from the town to a remote beach, lots to choose from;
- At least one sentence of Spanish to a local, and that should be a friendly gesture not an insult please.
 
i disagree ... space was sick....i loved every minute of it....the music was the best .... i thought the people were just there to become part of the music... el divino was good to i enjoyed defected it was good ...
but space won my heart....

1. Bora Bora- indescribable unless you have gone. You "MUST DO"!!!
2. DC10 Monday Mornings- lets just say that seven hours passed in the blink of an eye
3. Sundays at Space- I had more fun there at night versus day, but both are fantastic.

I would say Amnesia on Thursdays for a trance lover as well, but every time I go (and I always do for PvD and Tiesto) it is SOOOO jam packed and hot as hell. I feel really uncomfortable and chlaustraphobic. They do have this amazing CO2 chute that pumps out a blast of icy cool fog every once in a while, but not often enough.

Honorable Mention? I had a blast at Hed Kandi which was held at El Divino (seems like people here dis on Hed Kandi, but I had a smashing time). Also Ancient People, but unfortunately that place will be no more :cry:

I might get a lot of flack for this one, but SORRY Salinas beach is not worth it. I had never been to a nude beach so I wanted to check it out. First off, it was SO far away from our apartment in Ibiza Town... secondly the people there were pissy and when we weren't looking they took our stuff and put it in the trash.

Wherever you are in Ibiza... have the time of your life. It won't be hard to do so!! :P ps. I know there is lots of unforgettable sight seeing too.. but I am not the one to ask about that... I mainly go for the music and party atmosphere
 
1. Sunset overlooking Es Vedrà. If it could be in a quiet place just you and your mates it's perfect

2. Formentera. A day sunbathing at Migjorn and having a drink at Blue Bar is a perfect day

3. "Getting lost" while exploring the island
