24 Hour Party People, The Happy Mondays, Headline Ibiza Tens
February 2014, UK London - Legendary group, The Happy Mondays, are set to headline at this year’s Ibiza Tens event in June.
Returning for the second year in a row, organisers at RugbySpy Ibiza Tens, look set to further cement their status as one of the most unique summer events on the island, with the announcement of The Happy Mondays as their headline act.
The three-day event, that combines knockout tens rugby, live DJ sets and music performances, will be held over the weekend of 6-8th June 2014.
Known for their hit records ‘Hallelujah,’ ‘Step On’ and more recently ‘24 Hour Party People,’ The Happy Mondays will be performing to players and spectators on the Sunday evening, following the finals of the tournament and bringing the event to the perfect conclusion in true Ibiza fashion.
With a number of hit records in the band’s catalogue, fans will be eager to enjoy their classic songs whilst soaking up the Balearic sunshine.
With plenty of drinks and refreshments available, sets from some of the island’s resident DJ’s and the unique atmosphere that Ibiza provides, spectators will have all they need to keep them going throughout the three days.

In 2014 RugbySpy will be welcoming 42 teams from all around the different comers of the rugby world to play knockout Tens rugby inside the 5,000-seat Cans Misses stadium. Thrown into the mix will be live DJ sets and music performances to put together a truly unique rugby and experience.
