13 people in a Volvo!!!

It was pretty crazy, there was a crazy woman near me a few years ago that had 7 kids in her car plus her and i think only one of them was strapped in , she lost control caused a huge accident and a couple of people died, she got 24 months but was out within 12. Since then they have slashed the speed limit on the dual carridge way from 70 to 50 and put in large concrete blocks as a makeshift central reservation. knee jerk reaction.
