Since the release of The Mix Collection on Renaissance!!

Its been re-released today!!! For people like me whose copy has been battered & scratched "result!!" for those trying to flog copies of the original on ebay for £50 + Unlucky!!!!!!!

It is the seminal mix cd!! before this there was nothing!!

I also remembered when I bought it and I had my first car (a Mini), it didn't even have a tape player in it so I taped the CD to cassette and used to drive around listening to it on my walkman

I think it sounds a lot cleaner, it's just nice to have a copy that doesn't jump/is scratched/box is falling apart

yeah my old copy (before i lost it) would start jumping & skipping during "house stompin" grrrr!!! cd3 was missing for years before that!!

i bought this the other week. whisper it quietly, but , i'd never listened to this before. it's release coincided with my clubbing 'siesta'

It;s really hard to accept that this is 10 years old. Was it ahead of it's time or has dance music not moved on in the last decade?

Really loving it though. Every time i;ve seen Sasha he has really dissapointed. can kinda see what the fuss was about not. Diggers Rocks.

Don't really know bout these things but: has the tempo/bpm increased in the last decade coz it all sounds a bit slower than the music nowadays

it's not exactly the same jjinit.....
the m-people tracks on cds 2&3 have bean replaced by others.....
cd 2 finishs with a totally different choon....
it's def. different.....
