10'000 Stray Dogs

read this morning that in Kiev they are culling 10'000 stray dogs in order to "tidy up" the city before Eurovision this weekend.

I have an Idea:

Extend the parameters slighty and include anyone aged 14-18
Hanging on a street corner drinking
Wearing Snide burbery, paul & shark, nike shox, baseball caps, hoodies etc...and yopu have the perfect antedote to "yob culture"

I think it's 16 :lol:

There's this club called Al Capone that used to do a ladies' night on Thursdays. Closed to men until 11 or 12, while girls all get cheap/free drinks. Then they open the doors to the guys. 8O :D 8)

even after mind altering drugs!!!

(and plastic surgery, which hasnt worked, unless the objective was to make her look like the crazy frog)
