Hi everyone

My mates and me will be arriving on the island at 1.30am on 6th July, we plan to head straight out. What would your recommendations be for a a night out? Will we be able to get tickets at such a time in the morning?

make sure you've factored getting your bags and stuff by then!

You'll be able to get tickets in most of the bars no problem 8)

What kind of music do you like?
 
We are all pretty open minded music wise although we lean towards the funky side of things. We will really just be looking for something with a great atmosphere to get the week started.

Thinking about getting bags etc we will probably be arrivng in D'en Bossa at around 2am

I think it's gotta be Pacha with Faithless (DJ set), John Digweed and Jimmy Van M. Grab your tix at Tantra in PdB before you go...
 
Ahh.... OK... then try La Troya at Space. You won't have to travel far and it should be a fun party. That's if you like house.

If you like techno, then there's Meganite at Privelege.
 
do remember La Troya is historically a very gay night. best to know this beforehand since that may not be everyones cup of tea for a first night out on the island. why not save yourselves, get one of buckley's boat trips during the day on friday, then head to pure pacha?
 
Now that is a useful bit of information. Not really our cuppa a tea8O We plan to do Cream on Thurs night and Pure Pacha on Fri night. Just not sure what to do when we arrive in the early hours of Thurs morning, maybe go to bed but that seems a waste:cry:

Sorry... I guess I just assume everyone is gay-friendly. I'm straight and it's one of my favorite parties on the island!
 
i would say im "gay-friendly" after being a bit of a homophobe as a youngster.

some guy kept asking me if i was gay as i sat outside space last sunday. id read a horror story on here before i flew about a guy who got drug-raped, so alarm bells rnag when i was offered some "water" by this very forward fellow. politely told him to f*** off as he started giving me the creeps. but then in saying that i was the most paranoid man in ibiza on that occasion.
 
I reckon best thing to do on that day is seek out anyobe who´s birthday it is an buy them some beer. *coughs* Ahem.
