according to today's ultima hora, the negotiations are quite advanced to do them between july and august to help financially the societat de trot eivissenc (as you might remember, the club is one of their sponsors) :!:

apparently their plan would be two parties for around 15.000 people every summer until 2015...

Good venue, Ibiza Rocks did a little till a dim tech insisted on full volume sound check in afternoon and got denounced. oops

Crazy place to hold a dance event. Its a small country road and access into it is not the best. I would also have doubts about the Health and Safety/Public Liability issues of a large crowd there...the place is crumbling.

Concert Protests
The president of the Trotting Association in Ibiza has defended the planned decision to hold two concerts at the hippodrome in San Rafael this summer. The events, organised by DC-10, have caused disquiet amongst residents of the small village who have already put a petition together. However Juan Civico claimed the neighbours were blowing matters out of proportion and that the concerts would last four hours, beginning at 8pm.
