I did Aguas in 2022 with a friend and had a great massage. We stayed at the end for the facilities and this was quite enjoyable but definitely has a limit on how long you could stay. It was lovely though.
I got married at Na Xamena and had a treatment at the spa just before. I believe you can only book a treatment if you are a guest, or have booked some kind of a full experience and dinner package. I really loved it and thought the therapist was knowledgeable and excellent. HOWEVER. The year before that as guests, we were invited to experience the thermal pool thing. This was extremely underwhelming and every pool bit we tried was literally the same temperature. It seemed quite hectic too rather than relaxing. So I wouldn't bother. Cracking views though!
