Anyone got any info on BUYING a moped around this time of year and all the kinds of ins and outs attached with it? Tax, insurance, do you have to have an NI number? My boyfriends Spanish so at least that is a little advantage on the language part!!!!
 
lou, how long have you lived in ibiza and you´re asking about nie numbers¿¿¿¿¿

mopeds are easy to buy in the hire shops at the moment but the insurance is more expensive than for a car.
 
Geez, I think I've heard someone say that to me before? Oh yeah, my mum! Can't say I've ever had time to fit in moped purchasing what with more important things to attend!!!! I'm sure you understand!!! Wow, I cant believe the insurance is more expensive but then again I'm pretty lethal in a car so imagine me on a moped!!!!!! Do you recommend getting a car then?
