woohoooo

mmmm
thats weird
i have never had that wine before
but i used to drink wine pretty much every day
however, this year my new years resolution to stop drinking has just kinda gone on and on.... havent fancied it (or class a's at all)
but for some reason your post has made me wanna get rat arsed
thank god its just before 4 on a tuesday morning and we dont have all night pubs
otherwise i might have severely fallen off the wagon

me and Paul are on the wagon at the moment, for 4 weeks at least, cos we've put on so much weight and our diet isn't bad really, so we've put it down to drinking, so I cant get in the mood with you I'm afraid

Common myth Chewster

Most NZ and many Australian high end Wines now come with a 'Stelvin' screw top closure as it provides a more reliable seal and reduces the risk of corked wines....

But the ones in the picture are tab tops with synthetic corks ;)

i bought a crate of their wine to get a free flight to the states, and all came in bloody screw tops! (and it tasted horrible too apprantly - i cant drink wine).

When I was in the wine trade, Gallo didn't have a good reputation for quality.

That said, they seem to shift a lot of it :?

In the States, it's considered the Budweiser of wines. (i.e. cheap crap)

Then again, in the UK, people actually like Budweiser so what do I know?

i did notice on my trip over that "wife beater" was the preffered beer of the locals...

Gallo shifts loads cause it's so easy to drink. Especially the Rosé wine, White Zinfandel or Grenache. I don't drink wine but I can drink Julio&Gallo Wine. then again, who cares if wine toffs dont like it or dont like its quality. If the majority do, who's the mugs? The toffs spending 40 bucks on a bottle of wine!
