Why has no one started a thread about this yet?

I've thoroughly enjoyed watching it...especially the figure skating - I'll miss it now. :cry:

That Japanese gold medalist 'Shizuka Arakawa' was brilliant wasn't she?

I watched a fascinating sport last night, kind of a ski-jumping competition, the skiiers would slide down this slope, then slide off this massive jump and do all kinds of fancy twirls, spins and somersaults in the air before landing the other side. It looked VERY dangerous! 8O

Loving the winter Olympics and the Bronze Medal Match between the GB and USA is just about to start in the curling so think i'm off to watch it!

cos most of its about as interesting as watching paint dry.

did like the snowboarding/curling/bobseigh tho.

i think for the downhill they should send all 30 of em down the hill at once.

Finland got silver in curling, and now the captain of the team is the talk of the country. There are lots of fan sites put up for him on the net. Funny.

But we lost the gold in ice hockey to Sweden :evil: :(
