Its worse when I goto bed. Instead of chilling out my mind just races and goes into overdrive .

Plus I stayed up last night to watch this film. I should have known from the title "How to make a monster" it was going to be shit but that was a serious waste of 2 hours of my life! (And once I start watching a film I have to finish it)
