What to wear ?

In the states I tend to go out with a nice clubby kinda shirt, nice jeans, and black shoes. Is that a bit dressier than most there or fit right in ? Any dress codes to be aware of (no flip-flops ?)

u can wear anything u feel comfy in really m8, u have 2 bare in mind the weather 2 and how hot it will be, the definate no no's are sports tops.. e.g football shirts, u can wear shorts 2 space and flip flops when its daytime clubbing..........
for other nights i personally either wear nice comfy jeans if it isnt 2 hot and a nice t-shirt, i dont really wear shoes i will be wearin my funky puma trainners, and i have bought some nylon slip on plain trainners which feel like you are just wearing sox... wicked 4 clubbing... i think becoz of the heat in aug i will b wearing light cotton combat style trousers... 2 try n keep cool...

at the end of the day wear what u feel comfy in coz the arent any real dress codes... if u fancy garlands... go as a doctor or nurse..lol
