Weekend Rundowns

Friday me and Tom went for a lovely meal @ The Wharf in Teddington for Valentines Day.

Saturday went into town and met Jamie 'I'm not going clubbing this wkend :lol: ' before Ministry for Nastydirtysexmusic. Smokin Jo and Tim Sheridan were planning back to back for the full 7 hours and I can safely say that I had the best night I've had in the last year. We never left the dancefloor once, then at the end they announced they were doing an aftershow @ the Love Bar so it would have been very rude not to pop in and say hi. After quick lucozade refreshments went to the Love Bar and our new favourite DJ Tim Sheridan was playing again. Left there about 3 and popped into say hi at Ziegried and saw our new mates Tim and Jo again :lol: Then stalked them to another bar in Shoreditch and saw Tim Sheridan DJing again :lol:

We love Tim Sheridan :lol: In fact we're never going to listen to anyone else DJ ever again :lol:
 
Friday: Didn't go out cos I had a bit of a cold
Saturday: Met my friend for few beers and apetizers in a terrace down the beach, then we went to met another friend and had lunch in a beach bar and then I met another friend and we got some more beers in another beach bar. Back home and watched the footy and an early night
Sunday: spent the day at a friend's, we had a big barbacue and enjoyed a very shinny and bright day :D
 
Friday - got home and my LURRRVELLYY boyfriend had cooked me a gorgeous 3 course meal, bottle of chocolates, candles all around the room etc :D I was impressed! Had a few glasses of wine and watched some films, lovely evening :D :D :D

Saturday - had to drive all the way back to Watford from Leyton because I'm selling my car, and two people were coming to view it. Neither of the b@st@rds turned up :evil: so drove all the way back to Leyton, two of our friends came round for pizza and more wine :twisted:

Sunday - went to the gym then cooked dinner for me and Jon (peppered steak and stir fry :P )
 
Friday. relaxing evening home alone, prepare for big school project
saturday: shopping, meet friends for brunch, more shopping - take the train to parents house, wrote on my marketing project for 7 hours - SLEEP!
sunday; up around 7´ish, wrote 7 more hours on my project and finished it. hubbie picked me up, had lunch as parent´s , in the studio to work, home exhausted. had pizza, sleep!!

today: work 8 hours, 4 hours of school!
i never rest :cry:
 
Fri: Went out for dinner with a mate who's over from Ireland. HAd a few local pints after because of footy next day.

Sat: Realised few pints had become many because had a hangover. Luckily my game had been postponed so it didn't matter. Rang Jamie, one of the lower team managers at the club to see if I could get a game, but he seemed a bit bemused by my request. Didn't sound like his usual self either. Yup, the Jamie in my phone was in fact 'Cookie' from this board, who I think would prolly agree himself, isn't really a footy manager type!

Went to Opium in Soho for a friend's birthday Sat night - popped out for some food about 11.30pm but both the current and I were knackered so we went home after, stopping for two drinks at Turnmills en route.

Sunday: Work and rest - nowt else.

Not an exciting weekend but very frsh as a result.
 
Had a lovely weekend !

Saturday we went out with the Notts crowd .. who we've not seen in over a year, and it was like we'd never been away ! Touched !

Smokescreen was as good as ever .. Steve from The Littlemen played a blinder of a set, tougher, dirtier and a lot funkier than I remember "Deep House" used to be ... he played an excellent remix of Jon Cutler's "It's Yours" ... ? ?

After Party was as random as ever and I've got to say, the Nottingham crowd are THE BEST !! A great mix of people of all ages, with a love of music, a gift of friendship and a content outlook on life ! They make me feel at peace with myself.

When we were speaking to Smokin Jo yesterday she said they're trying to get Nastydirtysexmusic on the terrace for We Love Sundays this year, how good would that be :D :D :D

2 people i knew quite well (separate incidents) were shot in the head and killed only 2/3 streets from our old house, which was by no means a rough area.

The mere thought of meeting that woman turns me into a jibbering wreck!
It's very rare that celebrity-dom actually impresses me but she is by far the coolest woman in the world!
(Just read the above and realise how sad that looks :oops: )
I'm going to come back as her in my next life.

We love her lots, she is just so damn cool :D She even gave me a Nastydirtysexmusic t-shirt so I'm practically bezzie mates with her now :lol:
 
I'm so green now, I'm actually going through a bitter 'it's not fair' strop!
I saw a bloke at Beyond wearing one of those and tried to rip it off him (he was having none of it unfortunately).
I want to buy one and make it into a customised vest.

My day's just got better actually cos my office have let me loose on the radio.
I've found this wicked old skool pirate station with loads of really annoying mc'ing (you know the sort)...they're playing loads of old skool and I keep going for mid morning boogie breaks at the photocopier!
Who needs nastydirty?
