Just returning from this years visit, I will just mention a few observations about the clubs I have visited. Just some bits and pieces that might be interesting to some of you.
As the observations are based mostly on single night visits, they might not be representative, and feel free to disagree.

Pacha
This club has the most diverse crowd. You’ll run into people of both your parents and grandparents.
By far the most beautiful club in Ibiza
Lovely sound system with great sound all over the main room, not only on the dance floor
The restaurant deal with free entry in excellent

Amnesia
Gives you a more “concert like feeling” than the other clubs
The club that attracts the best crowd
The tap water actually tastes quite all right, a lot better than in the hotel (and it will not poison you to drink it)

El Divino
This is the club with both the most beautiful and posh girls.
It is also more men with sleeves here than elsewhere.
The terrace is great for chilling
Small and crampy dance floor
Very strict bouncers

Space
Nice roof chill out zone
Fantastic “red box”-room but be aware that it closes early
The club with most girls dressed up to dress down
Terrace can become too hot midsummer
Very cheap entry before 10a.m on Sundays
You can leave and re-enter once (e.g. to fill you body with water, take a bath at PTB etc.)

Bora Bora
Depending on the day it (currently) takes of between five and seven pm
Free entry, reasonable drinks
Gave me the most “this is Ibiza” -feeling.
Play house-hits quite often
