If Arthur Scargill was at Heathrow right now, unable to get on his B.A. flight to a holiday of a life time do you think he'd still say "Up the union..."

:?:

ok i'll rephrase...

Do you think the B.A. staff are right to go on strike?

i'm in two minds... i agree with what why they are doing it just don't know if i'd say the same if it was me stranded at Heathrow

not right to go on strike, because this essentially has nothing to do with BA, it's because the catering company BA uses sacked a load of staff.

So they're punishing BA for something BA had not that much control over.

The most crazy thing is that because now people will buy fewer BA flights, BA will have to scale down operations and so more people will get sacked. Kind of backfires... BA now has a reputation of industrial action which will reduce sales
