Too late to ask but what are popular bars/lounges in Ibiza??

We tried checking out the bars in San An and in Playa den Bossa and most were either empty or just not the type of thing we were looking for. Ibiza Town had some very nice places, Dome in particular, but Italians dominated the area (don't get me wrong...I love Italians but I speak Spanish not Italian :) ) and we felt way out of place when we walked into any of the places around the town.

5KM I heard was very popular but we didn't make out there as we find out about it too late and chose to go to San An for the sunset instead.
 
For extreme lounging: Blue Marlin @ Cala Jondal. Amazing scenery, beautifully terraced modernised building. You'll need a car or cab to get there, but it's worth it. No beaches, though, just rocks.
