One is a manager who just isn't 'managing' and refuses to carry out duties within his job description 8O

The other has received several warnings regarding non attendance and has, as always, failed to phone to inform us (again - today)

WTF is up with people?

yep, agree with ya, ive got people here who have that attitude, who maybe able to work a computer but couldnt design for shit.

Am i allowed to sack our accounts lady? she's so useless.

I send the invoices to her in London and we had a huge invoice that id been trying to sort out since February for the electric and its all sorted and got the director to sign it and authorise it and then she sends it back with a post it note asking why he'd not signed it . . . . . if she's turned over to the second page she would of seen it.
