Ibiza!
Aww I went shopping yesterday in Richmond. RESULT: 175 pounds less on my account! Argh Barclays hate me by now....
Anyway, I walked into this shoe shop and "Dos Hombres - The Alkimyst" was playing and I INSTANTLY remembered the last time I heard that tune, it was in El Ayoun last year when I was sitting next to my friends, by the fountain outside having eaten the most yummie dinner - and the wine was working, the sun had set, the garden was gorgeous and I was just happy and at peace......

You ever get those flash-backs all of the sudden so unexpectedly?
God I hope myTravel will let me have my vacation this year, I need to go!!!
 
obviously music/smells/sounds/pictures remind me of ibiza. but i have some obscure ones as well.

like whenever i see a pavement or road side that is broken/wonky/non-existent/ dangerous, etc, etc it reminds of the daily battle i used to have trying to walk round the streets at the back of the west end trying not to stub my toe or trip up or fall over.

gotta love that crazy paving!!:lol:
 
As Grego says - daft things....

ie a fry up breakfast is known as a "Fatso's breakfast" in the pups kennel, on account of the fact that those plates of yummy greasy food kept us going quite a few times in Ibiza when you just need that massive breakfast after a 3 day extravaganza....:lol:

Smell of Pine trees also reminds me of Ibiza.....
 
I was looking through a handbag I had in Ibiza in september, and haven't used since then and there was a pack of gum in the side pocket.. so I popped a minty fresh and imagined myself dancing at cocoon.. I think I even had on my sound of the sixth season CD on too!:) :)

..ok i need to get out more:?

awwwww 8) i'm currently fighting the temptation to book again for this year and reading this forum doesn't help one bit :lol:

guess i should :lol: but i'm moving to the opposite direction (finland) this summer and i'm not sure if i can cough up the [SIZE=-1]€[/SIZE][SIZE=-1]€[/SIZE][SIZE=-1]€s for the trip :?

when are you going, peppermint?

lovely, would love to go in september too. preferably the first 2 weeks. is there any good flight deals from finland?

Oh it was all good ;)

Flights from Finland, well Air Berlin will start in August, they fly cheap to Barcelona and Mallorca, from Helsinki! Or another option is Ryanair to London and get a cheap package from there.
Flights to Barcelona aren't that expensive either, only around 200 euros. The flying part is manageable, it's the accomodation and clubbing that will dig a hole in your wallet.

First 2 weeks of September is what I've been planning too! Finally time for a meet-up? :D

Whenever I hear/see Mopeds it reminds me of Ibiza :oops: I never hire one but just associate their sound with being on the island.
