Space terrace latest news

Drum rolls (if Macky hasn't posted this yet) 8O : all you Space fans will probably be very happy to hear that the Space terrace will remain "open" for yet another year! Was there on tuesday and saw the work in progress (looks promising) but they simply can't make it in time so you'll have more or less the same terrace as last year for one last summer.

Lush!!! I was quite looking forward to seeing the new one but hey, if it aint broke don't fix it! And it certainly wasn't broke last year. 8)
 
Makes perfect sense, rip out the interior fittings, wait a few months, then make it exactly the same. :P
 
Still worried about the volume on the tarrace though. Does this mean it will be low again like last year :?: :?
 
Hopefully not with the retractable roof, you could see how much you could get away with before any complaints then just keep it open slightly maybe? :?

If this means the volume is going to be low like last year then this is bad bad news.

I would seriously consider not going this year, unless I hear confirmed reports that the volume has been sorted out

BUT!! - What about the stooopid noise pollution laws! I want that Funktion 1 bangin out!

Theres a bigger dancefloor.

Champagne sponsorship vip bar has been mentioned. WHY!?! VIP areas in Space is NOT a good thing (IMO)

thats shit news!

i was soo loking forward to hearing and seeing the 'new terrace' and whats with the vip, no vip was another factor that made space sooo good!
 
Well never got to go my first and only time on the white isle, but i'm very happy that it's open so I can hit the Terrace up this time.

Ditto...My first experience of space was last year and it was the bollox to status and lets have it attitude i loved. :)

The very second i walked in I was 8O

I think there's about a million posts about anger towards vip sections in space. Im gonna print them out and petition against it. And slap amnesia's accountant :P

I have to complain! Sorry!

I go since about 10 years to Ibiza. Since last year the volume on the terrace is soo low! It's a shame!! I can't believe it.
Hope they are changing somthing, otherwise I ll stay at Bora Bora.
