And before you shoot the messenger I'm only going on what Sky News is telling me.

There's been some kind of device found on bus on Gray's Inn Road, they've closed the area and smoke is coming from the bus :?

There's so many scares at the moment, I had one on the tube last night when someone who works for London Underground came rushing onto the tube saying 'does this bag belong to anyone??' and then 'get off the tube now and leave the station'.

They're definitely treating this as more serious tho from what they're saying on the news, some kind of fire on the bus :?
 
Got there before me - it's actually on my road!!! 8O

Can't hear any sirens though - I'm carrying on as normal and assuming it's not serious.
 
Dom just texted and said another bomb gone off in Greys inn road, nothing on the news yet thouggh

There was smoke on the bus and they sent the bomb squad in but they think it's ok but they said the area is going to be funked for commuters getting home cos lots of roads are closed.

Blimey Babs the literary guru and now Babs the news reporter, what's happening to me today :lol:
 
No one was injured - just had confirmation.

Does that mean we've run out of grown up things to talk about? 8O
 
I was just driving past Euston this afternoon when i heard on the Radio "A501 shut outside Kings Cross due to security alert on bus" F**K right where i needed to go. Took me an hour to drive around it and get back on my route Then driving back i drove past the bus (alert by now over) and it had the engine cover up and, some mechanics prodding around and it was covered in police crime scene tape stuff :roll: :?
