Did anyone watch the UEFA cup final?!?!?!!!!!

Sporting Lisbon 1 - CSKA Moscow 3!!

CSKA overcame:
- Russia's only European club final aside from Dinamo Moscow's loss to Rangers in the 1972 Cup Winners Cup!
- 49000 Sporting fans vs. 3000 CSKA fans in the stadium, which happens to be Sporting's home!
- Tied for the most European games (Champions League -> UEFA Cup) than any other team ever (19)
- Everyone betting against you!
- One lazy Brazilian striker with a funny name who was so expensive you have to play him! (ie Vagner Love. ok, he did score one goal)

Very happy tonight :D
Between this and Chelsea winning the league, it's been a great year :D

The 2nd half was amazing. CSKA looked sleepy and nervous in the first half and Daniel Carvalho made a stupid mistake that led to Sporting's goal. But he well acquited himself in the 2nd half creating all 3 goals for other players.

Very exciting football :D

Saw the result of that... the missus is not happy... she's very against the Hammers making the jump.

I'm pulling for Preston to win the playoff and repeat their 1890s heroics :lol:
