Sirenis Jabeque - help

We are looking to book the Jabeque hotel for two weeks in September. There is only two of us in the room - so we'll be paying the occupany supplements...

However, as the room is supposed to sleep four would it be possible to book (I'd rather not sneak!) two friends in for part of the trip? We won't be going over the occupation rate for the room??

Otherwise.. anyone got an info on this place - it looks good and in a decent location!

Fanks! :D

I stayed at these apartments last year and they are fab!!
Very clean and tidy with plenty of room and air con even in September!
We are staying there again this year from 3rd septmeber for 2 weeks. The pool is nice but recommend putting yours towels out early as thats what everyone else does, we all took it in turns last year getting up mashed to do that and then going back to bed. Its right by the beach and the Es vive is just down the road if you fancy a drink and Bora Bora is within walking distance. Ibiza town is walkable but I recommend a taxi takes 5 -10 mins max! Great restaurants in Figuertes too and fairly cheap.
Warning though the reception desk is manned 24 hour and there is also a security guard and when we came back one night as we came through the door we were having a laugh and joke and the secuirty guard told us off and then for the rest of the hol when we came back in in the early hours he would follow us up to our room to make sure we didn't make any noise.
Refernce your Q about sneaking 2 friends into the hotel I have had the thing as its just me and my man this time round but we have some frinds who are coming over for 2 days and I asked the tour operator as we had paid under occupancy and have 2 free beds who the hotel allow them to stay in our room. The answer was a big fat no!!!! and th only way to do it would be to add them to our booking ie: they would pay for flights and 2 weeks acc for a 2 night stay, how FFF STUPID!! Our friends even offered to pay to stay as well as the fact that we had already paid under occupancy but still no. I would say don't sneak in your friends its too risky like I say the is no way in to the hotel other than through main reception and passed the desk manned 24 hours with the miserable shit secuirty bloke. I am going to try and contact the hotel direct to ask them as I think the tour operators were talking crap if I find anything else out I will post a reply. Anything else you need to know just ask!!!
What dates are you going???? are you ibiza regulars??????

Nice one, I'm staying there from 27 August to 11 September!

I had heard they were pretty full for the season though.

The Jabeque is a great hotel, nice pool, nice rooms, air-con and as Lotte says they are in a great position for Ibiza Town, Space and Bora bora.

I stayed there with my mates last year, and one of the lads came over on a later flight and slept on a lilo on our floor, no problem.
From the pool area you can climb over a little wall onto the beach so we took his bag that way and he just walked through the front doors, the hotel is so big there is no way you the guard can know all the faces that come and go.
A couple of nights when we played the tunes a bit loud after getting back we got a phonecall up to the room, but thats fair enough really as it was the middle of august and there was quite a few families staying there.
The people on the desk were great with us for booking taxis and stuff as well, so we couldnt complain.

Ive just booked to go there on 8th September and cant wait, it cost just over 300 quid each for a week. Might see you there!

how did you go about booking this hotel. we were there last year and loved it but we cant find it anywhere this year. Any tips.

I booked with Lunn Poly.

Its available through Thomson Holidays.. as part of their Pricebreakers (as a possible from one of three) and also on its own, but more expensive.

Its also available via www.bargainholidays.co.uk - do a search and look for the one that says Thomas Cook - its under their self-catering section. It's also cheaper this way.. Bonus!

Not sure what the hell's going on now - my partner has been refused the holidays we wanted.. but we may be able to play a sympathy vote!!! If we can do this we'll be out there from 4th September for a week.. :)

My friend has now decided to go to Prague for the weekend after.. so we don't need to sneak her in now!

Lotte - thanks for the info - its ridiculous and bloody cheeky of 'em!
