Scrublands

Just got back from yet another amazing holiday in Ibiza and after 3 years of going there i think its time i asked, whats the deal with the scrublands?? How come theres no development in such a commercially viable spot, its not like its an area of outstanding natural beauty (although the view is pretty sweet) or anything.

id prefer to see what i call the "deserts"!! than hotels all over. a bit of space is good

ye thats fair enough although id does need cleaning up quite a bit. just wondered if anyone knew why there was no development there??

its so all the flyerers around that area can hide there flyers and drugs while they go about there work.
