A friend of mine is going to be in Rio from the end of March to April and was wondering if anyone knew of any festivals on near Rio at that time or of any good trance or (preferably) psy-trance stuff going on in Rio.

Just got back from two weeks in Brazil. Spent a week in Rio. Fantastic city. Had probably my best holiday ever. Clubbing isnt that great in Rio. You would be better off in Sao Paulo. Send a PM to Conrado on here. He was very helpful with things that were on and clubs to go to.
We went to one of his suggestions, a club called 00 (Zero Zero) which was ok but we were subsequently told we went on the wrong night. Thursday is the night to go there.
