Restaurant advice

Hi

I'm looking for a restaurant for Sat afternoon in London, preferably not too far from Regent Street (but a cab ride would be fine) that is a bit different from the usual suspects. It'll be for 5 guys and not ridiculously expensive. Any ideas?

Cheers

Langan's is brilliant Karen if they fancy something quite sit-down and smart. Its not too expensive either but is dearer than your average restaurant. I highly recommend it though, we had a brilliant time there, I want to go again soon!
It's more near Green Park though, not too far in a cab?

Karen if they want something less fancy but good food in nice setting, do you know Ping Pong on Great Marlborough Street - does lovely dim sum and perfect if there's a few of you.

I thought the Wolesely was a bit posh, like we were scared to laugh in there incase we got funny looks. Langans was perfect for me, brilliant atmosphere and brilliant food.

I've booked a table at Zilli Fish - he quite fancied that (was for one of the guys I work for) and it was one of the few restaurants that were open after 2.30 on a Saturday that he hadn't been to.

Cheers everyone ;)
