Recommendations for Saturday night

Well I am into my tech house, in a major way, also looking forward to seeing Paul Van Dyk at Amnesia on Thursday too and DC10 and VVVWI on Monday at Underground. So just wondered what the more learned of you think we can do on the Saturday night.

Not really into our hed kandi stuff, although funky house also works if its some good slightly more unknown tunes.

This is for Saturday 8th July

or go to ibz town, eat a nice dinner and have a cocktail with the trannies

like babs said, save yourself for the space/borabora/dc10/vvwi/cocoon/cocoon afterparty/borabora wasted-a-thon
 
i know this is a really old thread but might as well reply rather then create a new one as its the same topic anyway :)

just wondering if anyone knows any of the good places for saturday nights now? looking on the calendar nothing excites us at all :( got every other night planned as well, Tuesday - Carl Cox, Weds - Kehakuma, Thurs - Cream, Friday - Wonderland, sunday - we love space and monday - tiesto.... cant see anything worth doing saturday apart from maybe a massive sausage fest at amnesia matinee, i'd like to go there but wouldn't hear the end of it if i drag my mates there to find the biggest sausagefest in "non-gay" nightclub history :lol:
 
yeah exactly, dont know about defected at pacha never been there before or know anyone thats been there, seen the main dj sandy rivera before but i was wasted dont remember much to be fair
 
any more opinions? Were not there for very long so wanna make the most of our time rather then wasting a night dont think hed kandi will be our scene tho, always done that on saturdays from what I can remember only been to Amnesia on a saturday night but it was different back then
 
We did zoo last sat and it was brilliant. Was supposed to be going to privilege for faithless but got to ruined to manage it. Zoo normally do free entry to privilege if you go to the event in the day.
 
I'm going to Louie Vega @ Blue Marlin (cala jondal, beach bar/restaurant/small club) on Saturday night. There seems to be somekind of sunset party, followed by Louie from midnight (till 4 or 5 i guess). It's in a pretty remote location, but is free entry as far as i know...
