PRing for the BIG Clubs

I was just wondering when the big club nights i.e Subliminal, Underwater etc start to employ there PRs?

I know the openign partys are around the start of June but want to know if there start lookign for staff a few weeks before?

If anyone has worked for the big nigths have they any tips on getting a job i.e how easy it is hours etc.
 
I think they start recruiting about a week before as they know they will get a mass turnout! :D
They tend to put you on trial for your first few days and you will work quite a few hours!
Knew alot of people working for Clockwork Orange last year and apparently they were really great to the staff! :D .....others not so good! :(
