Prague is great fun.
That great Czech lager costs around 50p a pint. I usually started drinking at noon every day when I was there, since it's cheaper than bottled water!
Unfortunately, don't remember which clubs we went to. In any case, you'll spend a lot of time around the Staroe Mesto and the Mala Strana. Those are the most interesting parts of town (though quite touristy too)

Karlov Lazne - 4 storey place with diff music on every level.
Radost FX - litterally underground place, music was a bit too dark n plodding when i went.
Roxy - one i wanted to goto but couldnt find - was nr the old market Sq apprantly.
and be careful not to let the ladies get too close or you'll be a wallet lighter.

but beautiful too, try U Fleku(Kremencova 11 Prague) very touristic but very nice to have black beers, just sell black beer and before serving you the beer they give you a " chupito" ( don't know the traslation in english) of q very strong liqueur., be carefull with this because you may end up under the table, don't drink a chupito before every beer, well my experience says noooooooo.

Prague is wondefull place to visit. If you want to party you should definately go to:
1. ROXY - in my opinion the most wicked place to party, very underground, the club is in old theatre, very cool, great people and fantastic atmosphere (www.roxy.cz) check them site, the club is situated somewhere in the old town, but there isn't any problem to find it, just ask, everybody knows this place.
2. Karlove Laznie - in my opinion not so good club, too many strange people, 4 - floors, but with different kinds of music (pop, techno, house, disco, hip hop)
3 RADOST FX - the second club I really recommend to you, it's in the centre, but I don't remember the street, when I was there each time, there were a great party and cool people (check them site www.radostfx.cz) you definately should see this place, people are crazy over there
4. Mekka - I've heard about this club, you can find it somewhere outside the centre, but I don't know where, you must ask, a lot of people said that it was really good club, but it was 4 years ago, I don't know how is there now, but you can check it also
Besides Prague is very beautiful place to visit, very cheap, if you want to rent something good and close to the centre I have one adress when I usually go and stay. Those are private appartaments in the centre of Prague and the most important you have only 5 minutes to Radost FX from there, really good place to stay. Here you've got the number to the owner:

Tried and failed to find any of the clubs mentioned above when i was there.
But found a club called Lavka - i think - which was at the end of Charles Bridge. It had a great terrace at the back over looking the river which was cool for having beers in the open air. The rest of the club was pretty twatful.
DJ Bar - great name eh? reminded me of a house party - good crowd and decent if eclectic music.
the metro system is easy to use and worth it just to see the fantastically designed platform walls (sorry that's my architecture fanatic persona speaking)
be very careful when acquiring recreational aids - for every genuine vendor there are dozens of really blatant rip off merchants.
