Post-holiday blues

Just come back off holiday and got the blues (and it wasn't even Ibiza holiday!)...what do I do? And I've no money until pay-day next week :(
 
no advice here, :? just to let you know someone else can join your pool of misery as well ;)

I too am feeling blue after my holiday.. here's something to cheer up you.. at least you have a payday in the not-too-distant future..I'm job-less, car-less and living with my parents :oops: .. and winter is coming.. bah! :twisted:
 
I've not got a car either, and my parents are 200 miles away if that makes you feel any better! What's Canada like? I'm thinking of going there next year to visit my friend when she goes to work there, think it'll be Vancouver but not sure
 
Haha!.. I'll feel better when I have a job and a car, I think! :D

What's Canada like? Well really depends where you go, what you're into..

vancouver is a "nice" city.. its picturesque, got the mountaisn inthe background. If you go in the winter and are into skiing, snowboarding, I'm sure you'll have a great time. I personally would rather live in Toronto or Montreal, (and I live in neither!)
 
I came back from Ibiza last weekend and last week was hell. My worst post-Ibiza blues ever!! Wanted to chuck in my job. Feeling a bit better this week but have a cold now.
 
I am definitely feeling at an alltime low aswell :( , only got back early this morning, after a three hour delay because of bad weather :twisted:, it was the most awful flight home on a massive comedown after nailing it til 12.30am til the new terrace closed and less than an hour to get the airport to find that I could of have carried on with Danny T for another 4 hours. :evil: :twisted I couldn't feel any more physically or emotionally worse, just surviving at the moment. I have already been looking at flights back to Ibiza next week and for next year, I need something to look forward to!! :( :oops: :lol:
 
I've had the holiday blues ever since I came back from ibiza in June :evil: I really wanted to get back out there in September but money and work meant I couldnt :cry: However I'm feeling a bit better now, all you lot have finished your holidays for this year and I'm going for another break the end of October, hopefully somewhere like Crete/Malta :D Yay! Cant wait!

I recommend a last minute deal somewhere hot for anyone suffering the Ibiza blues. It gives you something to look forward to, and a week of rest and sunshine is definately the right tonic for recovery from caining it in Ibiza 8)

Hey Miss Fox... I think we were on the same flight. The (supposedly) 1.45 Mytravellite to Brum? How awful was that flight?!!! Did I talk to you at all? I was still in my clubbing rags and still totally wired for the duration of the flight. I can think of few times in life more upsetting than having to leave my pals in the club at 12.20am just as Danny T was coming on :cry: Actually I also feel sorry for the nice respectable middle-aged couple that had to sit next to me on the flight. I doubt they'd seen anything like me in their life before. I could tell they were both fascinated and appalled :lol: .

If its any consolation at all, I'm pretty sure my trip home was worse than yours as I live in the US at the moment...

Ibiza - Birmingham flight (1.45am)
Birmingham to Manchester train (6am)
Manchester to Philadelphia flight (12 midday)
Philadelphia to San Francisco flight

I currently feel like shit - worst comedown in my clubbing history + jetlag + skint so can't try to buy my way out of this black hole of depression. Still... I'd do it all again tomorrow if I could ;)
 
im doomed up myself,got back 22nd+straight back offshore so im a tad sad at the mo.caned it for a week+would do it all again in a second. :P
 
possibly fergie,met a few from our area but i was caned most of the time.there was 8 of us fae phd+we bumped into another 10 fae phd,small world eh??haha :lol:
