does anybody know about this hotel?

I have had a look on the web n it seems to be either a B&B or HB hotel but i have been intouch with a guy who owns an apartment here and he said it has all mod cons and facilities we would need for our 2 month stay. Now im not sure if my mod cons and facilities are the same as his but im hoping for cooker, microwave, washing machine, blar blar blar.

we are going to view in sept but i want to see if it will be worth it or not.

he has his own apartment in there apparently, and he has fitted it out himself. he has quoted 900 euros a month which is far better than all the other quotes i have had. but if its just a bed and nothing more then 900 euros is bloody expensive.

dont suppose u know of any decent apartments for rent, in the san an bay area?!
 
You're extremely confused. the pinet playa is a hotel.

there are some apartments close by called residencial pinet mar and res. cala pinet.

they are private apartments so will vary as to what equipment they have.

€900 a month doesn't sound a lot for a holiday let.

no im not confussed! i may be blonde but im not that bad! lol
we are also looking in the cala pinet but that is £1200 a month. i spoke to Juan who owns the apartment in pinet playa, he said its the Yellow building which is run by the hotel but he is the only person with an apartment there.

many thanks i have seen the web sites with it but i cant seem to find anything on this one apartment for rent.

i suppose i will just have to wait till i view it in sept
