This is a very well known logo all along Spain. This time Penelope is opening in the white island as well. I believe they will open in August due to license problems or improvement delays.

I hope this will add more color to the island and it also serves as a bait to attract more people.
 
where will it be?

what type of music will it be playing???
 
You mean MacRackin that they don't want a cosmopolitan feel to it on a place where they can get a lot of it???

Absurd!

I hope they think about the enormous possibilities the island can offer and aim it to everybody (Spanish, British, Germans, ...) EVERYBODY.

on that post i said that apparently it will focus on local and spanish djs (thats what i heard on may). whats wrong with that - do you mean that nights like balearic people at privilege or ibiza feeling at amnesia dont have a cosmopolitan feel? :eek:

did you go last year when it was called angel's el cel? i went to the opening and it was simply okay. they were planning to remain open all year round but they had a bad season so they closed doors!! :rolleyes:

:oops: Sorry MacRackin. I'm a little dumb today.

When you told "focus on Spanish DJs" I also thought it would be aimed at us Spanish people, which I wouldn't have considered good for I like the main Ibiza clubs for their cosmopolitan feel (among other things).

Hope Penelope achieves success.
 
I have been told that Penelope is a crap. Friends have been at the real one and say that their music is varied. They play summer shitty songs. Seems that the name "Ibiza" always sounds great for any business.
 
Penelope Benidorm was real good 5 or 6 years ago when it was the same music for all that gorgeous club. Now it has different ambients, some of them cheesy.

Penelope Valencia is huge (it has up to 6 or 7 dancefloors). I don't know how is it doing nowadays, but when I went there 2 years ago I didn't like it, despite the set up and terrace were beautiful.

But you take into account there are other Pacha's besides the one in Ibiza, and some of them are crap.

We still don't know how this new club will do.

I saw a picture of the inside on Dub magazine. Hmmmm! They surely put an image of another Penelope. :confused:

Will they open next year?

i recently found out they not only did put ads of the club but also announced in other publications some of their nights - including two gay nights!! :idea:

what happened with this club is very strange!! :rolleyes:
