Partys out of the Discos ?!

I fly to ibiza first time. Does somebody know where are partys out of the Discos and where can i hear Black beats and meet nice people in Playa d'en bossa ??´

There is some hip hop/r&b night in Kiss Somny in Playa d'en Bossa, which is a disco, but it's cheap there I think. They often give away free passes around Playa d'en Bossa.
