I see you hiding there. How YOU doin'? :D

We're staying in on a Friday night...saving up for two parties (a club opening and Danny Howells) tomorrow. Not sure how long it will last, though, given the pull of gravity out my front door :lol:

Some crazy folks on the boards today. Extreme opinions on both sides of the issues... what ever happened to reasonable, moderate, thoughtful people? :?
 
Whats up luv, I am on my lunchbreak right now, half roast beef sandwich and cup of lentil soup. Wish that could include beer or vodka like you do sometimes :D

Tonight I am going out dancing, the Tidy Boys are spinning... not sure what to expect. Like Tidy Trax stuff though most of the time. A great friend of mine is leaving Sat. for fashion school in Florence so we are celebrating her last hurrah. Saturday I am going to a nearby park to play Slosh Kickball, there is a keg at 2nd base and you have to run with beer in your hand LOL soooo funny.

I KNOW, I am staying away from all the politics stuff for a while. It is Friday, I am in a great mood, and the last thing I want to talk about is terrorists and bombings and the lack of justice in the world (besides spreading my love and concern to our friends involved, of course.)

After the rossi episode, think I will give my extreme opinons a rest for a bit ;)
 
Slosh kickball sounds like a blast. I don't remember playing kickball since I moved away from my child hood best buddy/neighbor at age 8! The added fun of beer is quite attractive 8)

They call themselves the Blue Ballerz lol. How classic is that?! Yeah and I think if you pound the whole beer at 2nd there is some sort of bonus involved, like an extra run or somefin :lol: :lol:

That day is Anjali's birthday, so I must make sure I can at least stand up at the end of the tourney LOL. Haven't asked if she wants to join me yet, a sportsman she is not :lol:

Nah this is from last year's tournament... I was out of town for it. I have been on a pub crawl of theirs before and they are all SO much fun, I want to get to know them better. Last pub crawl they handed out leis and star-shaped bootsy collins sunglasses hahahaha.
 
So you two planning to get together tomorrow night, post-kickball? Bummer me and Sync can't join you! :lol: But please do give Anjali a big old birthday hug from me ;) (assuming you're sober enough to do so!)

I'm having a hard time amusing myself tonight... not much on the 'net worth reading. :(
 
I am begging her to come down tonight so we can get all gussied up and go out downtown. Tomorrow I want to be a more chill day and night, just boozing around Pacific Beach.

Option A: Slutty Schoolgirl
Plaid school girl skirt (see my fotki) with a white button down shirt, rolled up sleeves a little and tied up so da belly is exposed... black punky heels.

Option B: Gorgeous Gown
White as white-out white dress (makes me look nice 'n brown)... very sensual silky fabric, strapless, knee length, a tattered tie at the bust, skin tight at waist, and tattered, spanish effect at bottom... silver strappy heels.

It is sorta tatu lol. but fun, definitely won't attract any boyfriend material dudes while wearing that lol

Yes please. What is the style of dress people wear out in most SD clubs? I want to be somewhat prepared w/out packing my whole closet.

I don't even want to deal w/ the same BS that Laguna had to for the JP show.
 
On Broadway is by far the fanciest dance club in SD. There you'll probably want to wear some slacks and a nice button down with dress shoes. You can get away with jeans, as long as they are pressed and with no tears... but pair it with a nice shirt and shoes. A couple new posh lounges opened up recently (like Confidential, partly owned by tire heir Andrew Firestone) where you pretty much have to wear slacks.

The typical style all around downtown is basically nice denim jeans or slacks with dress shoes and a button down. The trick is to pull of the jeans while still looking dressed up and fly. Lately the trend is to wear jeans, a funked out tight tee with a nice watch or blazer, and hair spiked up. NO cargos or flip flops. The girls mostly all glam themselves out, with the occasional few wearing jeans, heels and an elegant top.

PB, where I live, it is pretty chill... there are (oddly) a few places that you must wear a shirt with no logo and a collar, and you can't wear sandals of any kind (wear sneakers). That whole rule is asinine, but whatev. If we are going to the dives anything goes :D 8)
 
I can't do tight tees... shows off my little friend down there too much. 8O :lol:
(i mean my belly, of course)
