Okay Ibiza guru's ......

This took a while, but I've got it.

As far as I know, there are no venomous animals on the island. However, the question states "What venomous animals can be found in Ibiza?" The word 'in', being more general, would appear to mean in the genral vicinity of the island.

There is a type of jellyfish (or medusa) called the Mauve Stinger (Pelagia noctiluca) that populates the waters around the island. According to the site Toxinology.com, the mauve stinger is: "Large jellyfish, sometimes found in swarms, causing painful stings with wheals, pruritis and swelling. Appears to have allergenic venom. There is no antivenom."

But wait, there's more! Here's a quote from another article I found:

"But the snake-like venom of the Pelagia noctiluca - the jellyfish glows a purple yellow in the sea at night - can in rare cases cause life threatening allergic reactions such as anaphylactic shock.

However, no such cases have been reported this summer and usually a quick dousing with alcohol or vinegar is enough to calm a sting from the jellyfish which commonly measures 10 cm (four inches) in diameter and has eight tentacles dangling below. "

I think officially there are no venomous critters on the isle but there certainly are stinging jellyfish as I painfully discovered this year - thankfully rare
