‘Sir’ Norman Jay, the man seen by many as THE DJ’s DJ, who has been rocking the Notting Hill Carnival for around two decades with his brother Joey on the Good Times soundsystem, is to release the third installment of the ‘Good Times’ mix series. ‘Good Times 3’, to be released on August 18 on React, will feature two CDs worth of party vibes… including funky soul, hip hop, reggae, drum ‘n’ bass and jazz.
The album will include Jamiroquai's 'Love Foolosophy' (Mondo Grosso mix) and King Britt vs. Michelle Shaprow's 'If I Lost You'', both of which have never been released in the UK before. Jay continues to host his 'Giant 45' radio show, a weekly black music based programme broadcast every Sunday night on BBC London on 94.9fm between 7:00pm - 10:00pm.
