Nights Nobody has mentioned

I could go on but i wont. have people not been going to these nights or are they just not talking about them???
 
3 of the nights u mention are at Eden (chav central), Maas @ Dc10 hasn't started & Darren Emmerson has lost the plot... :roll:
 
i went and looked on the MOS website at the lineups.... Truly shocking

Phatts & Small??? what the hell are they playing at???

the biggest dj i saw on the lineup was Brandon Block and Alex P

Cannot agree at all. I was blown away by the Underwater opening. The music and the atmosphere were amazing.

i was probably a little harsh. had an amazing night at underwater in pacha last year, but find the label has gone a bit off key lately. nearly every release last year was a winner and this reflected in the music at their nights, but the same can't be said for this year. i guess there recent compiliation summed this up. reviews were nearly all bad... :cry:

no. underwater is still one of the best nights on the island, but the music emmerson was playing last year was better. (ditto tim deluxe) a large proportion of their sets are underwater material and this doesn't happen to be quite as good as last year... just my opinion...
 
Darren has been better...

Underwater is worth of the ticket price only when there is a good guest DJ IMHO

Pacha has better nights...lets see...like Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday ;) (dont know about Sunday - never been there)

I'll agree, Darren can go through periods.... but this year I thought he was rockin - also agree regarding the guest DJ's - Sister Bliss (not a particular favourite of mine TBH) BUT she absolutely tore the place up. he hit the decks at 4 and kept the vibe going for the rest of the night. Quality night for me anyway :D

Timo Maas at Dc10 (brought to you by Circo Loco's insane clown posse) opened last night.

We missed the pre-midnite terrace action with Clive Henry and Rocky from Dc10, but got there in time for the 4am bosh bit. It was v. busy, v. loud and good natured.

Go, if you like Timo.
 
another one that has been a big disaster is freaks (privilege). they are not doing the announced pre-parties and the promotion is almost non-existent :!:
 
has anyone from spotlight actually been to freaks? :roll:
