Did you make any? Have you broken them already?!

My resolutions are:

To train and get fit ready for my 10k run in Feb
Book up another Spanish course
Try not to get stressed when doing exams
Pay off my debts!
Save money and hopefully buy a place this Spring

to stop getting stroppy over things I have no control of. Basically be more chilled and less controlling....

No more getting hammered/pissed up. Fine wines, Whisky, Cognac etc in moderation only.
No more slags, strippers, escorts, casual sex.
No more nightclubbing. All the best clubs are shut now anyway :(
Help the community where i live by doing voluntary work. Try to get on Parrish Council :D
Buy myself more nice things - i deserve them.
Go to at least One gig a month.
Run at least One marathon.

I fully expect to stick to all these, in fact i am absolutely sure that i will have no problem in doing so what so ever :)

Not sure where ill do it yet, hopefuylly somewhere sunny..

* Learn to drive :evil:
* Be less stressy, relax more and as Joey says ''be less scheduled''
* Tone up :spank:
* Buy some nice expensive key items for the wardrobe = shoes
* Cook more things, starting from tonight - Tomato & Basil soup :D:p
* Stop letting life sucking friends into my life

Sorry, had to use smileys on those

I'm 35 this year so i want to make sure I become more relaxed and carefree as opposed to stressed.

Enjoy my life and where i am in life instead of constantly planning and striving for the next step. ( not sure how easy this will be, i'm prone to this)

Remember the importance of little things / gestures.

(I sent the missus a soppy note in the post to thank her for a great christmas - she thought that was great8))

* get a better paid and new job (I deserve it )
* save a deposit so we can properly think about buying a place come the end of this year
* do some excercise but in a way that doesnt involve paying £50 a month :spank:
* go to the doctors and find out if I really do have IBS or something else as they keep fobbing me off with pills :spank:
* finally finish redecorating my room at home

Phil got sick of the pills (from the Dr ) and just changed his diet to avoid the usual suspects, high fat, white bread, white pasta, sweets etc but he also has Fybergel sachets after every meal and they really seemed to have made a difference to him... he gets far less cramping and bloating...

- Move City and find a better job... maybe not the best time to do so, but I'm determined!
- Put away £100 a month for a rainy day/week/month
- I haven't had a ciggy since 12am New Years Day, so thats been added to the list also.

Thats interesting to know...my doc prescribes me colofac/mebervine. Take 20 mins before eating? I mean how hard is that though..when you take them they do work but if you are not 20 mins you are screwed!

I am fed up of walking around after lunch looking like I am pregnant when I am not

Where do you get these Fybergel things? Is it like a drink?

COLONIC IS THE ANSWER, flush out all the crap (literally) and start over by eating properly. it does work, until the 1st pizza....

Colofac was what Phil was prescribed.

Fybogel are sachets that you drink after you have eaten - mix with water - Phil gets his from Boots.

You can also get Fybosure - which isnt any good (its more of a tonic) and doesnt include the main ingredient which is ispaghula husk so dont make the mistake of getting the wrong stuff....:lol:

The thing is I try not to eat bread, if I do its wholemeal. Dont eat too much dairy either but cant pinpoint what it is.

Colonics have come into my mind!

I knew a bloke at work once who had IBS he had to go to the doctor where he had his bum hole fingered and was then given these pills that made his farts smell of peppermint.
