Need info about Catalina Apartments in San An

any reviews/impressions/opinions about this hotel from those who already visited it would be appreciated!

I already know it's located a few seconds walk from Cafe Del Mar/Cafe Mambo and above Savannah.

i'm heading there myself 3 more days by the way.

P.S: I ain't a newbie and already read all the threads that matched the word 'catalina' when doing a search on it. Though i want more opinions if possible, thanks.
 
they are GOOD apartments, location is the best in san an as possible, friendly staff. no theft whislt i was staying and clean good rooms wiyh ok beds and tub! you´ll like it there i promise!
