What a joke this pair were !!

I nearly spat my 8 euros worth of warm water over the balcony when I heard one of them shout from the mic "If your from London give us a shout!! If your from England give us a shout!! Come on Pacha, let us hear you England!!"

It was like Ayia Napa uncovered. Shocking stuff, and the PA was even worse!!

To spend 90 euros on entrance and listen to that drivel for 2 hours totally ruined my night and the atmosphere of the club, I left 25 minutes in to Fat Boy Slims set totally bewildered.

MUTINY > Go see James Zabiela before you start trying to use those CD decks and fx properly.

How? Were you there?

First time in one of Ibiza's premier clubs I've heard a DJ start wooping the crowd up with Ikon type club MC-ing.

One of the duos mixing was also all over the place, somwthing I don't expect in the Pacha main room.
 
actually one of my fav pair of dj's, each to there own tho.

Maybe they had a off day, or were competly wasted and got carried away, or they don't appeal to you.

everytime i have heard them, both live and from a cd, they have been amazing

That's fair enough, on hindsight I should have gave the night a miss and went to DC10 for Timo Mass the following night.

I wasn't the only one to not enjoy it though as the atmosphere was really flat and he never got much response from his MC-ing or PA.
 
You sure it was one of the Mutiny boys MCing :? I've seen them countless times this year and they have never MCd, it wasn't the bloke who sings on their latest single, he did a bit of MCing last time we saw them @ Ministry.

I'm with Lynch on this one I'm afraid tho, they have been some of the most consistent best DJs I've seen in the last year.

Yep - second that ....... Mutiny are excellent.....

It was the black guy that was on the decks, he was trying to woop up a very flat crowd before the lass came on snd sang two songs from behind the decks.
