The only good things to come out of a recession are great music and amazing parties as people look to escape from the world for those few hours where God is a DJ and clubbers become legends.
This is the time when the true party DJ comes into their own cutting across genres of house, fusing tribal, minimal, trance undertones, driving basslines and the most euphoric breakdowns with anthemic vocals, to bring people together in unity creating the ultimate atmosphere and a room full of smiles.
Music Matters is my latest mix and celebrates the return of the party and the reclamation of house without genre divisions.
