I took the day off and called in sick and im drinking wine already :lol: :lol: :lol:

I feel a bit giddy because we've just had an our offer accepted for 12 months at the apartment we really wanted :D :D so i had to contain my excitement and have a drink :lol:

Now im going to do some cleaning to steady my nerves :lol: :lol:

I'm working until 2:30 then going to get straight on the wife beater! :D
 
I may open another bottle, im quite partial to this mateus rose wine. Ive just finished my cleaning, its only taken me about 3 hours 8O

I did have a bit of a panic, they called to say that the other letting agent had received an offer for the apartment and he said that if we could match it he would offer it to us as we put an offer in first. I dont know if i believe him or if this is all part of the game :?

This is where it is, these one's on the website are being completed in November and December and we have a balcony overlooking the middle residential gardens. Our blocks called Yoyager completed a little while ago, its just so nice, really nice little part when you come in and really wide corridors, 2 bathrooms so we can have one each 8O :lol:

No way! Firend of mine who i haven't seen for a while, i was out with him last Sat for a stag doo and found out he lives in/has bought one of those Jupiter penthouses! He's a land buyer for Redrow so got it through his work. He wants me to come up and go out in Brum soon so i'll probbaly be seeing ya! :D

What a small little world

I would have prefered it by the mailbox but we cant have it all can we, if only i could pick up the whole development and dump it right next door :?

They're really well built and very spacious, i bet the penthouse is huuuuge 8O
 
He was telling me that the owners of the mailbox apartments are in a massive dispute with the mailbox over their maintenance charges...basically they're having to subsidse all the commercial customers (bbc etc) who're all on maintenance free for a few years as part of the deal that persuaded them to move in. 8O :evil:
