What are your tops food tips for vegetating and re-couperating on a Monday after a heavy weekend? Normally I just try and eat as healthy as I can, fruit in the day, and LOADS of vegetables for my dinner. I also like to treat myself to those banned foods that I'm not allowed on "normal" days i.e today I have had a sausage roll, marmite crisps and a mint aero
I figure I am allowed to eat junk, seeing as I didn't eat hardly anything yesterday, right
