apparently no-one noticed any internal injuries until the post-mortem, including the nurse who did 16 rectal thermometer tests in the hospital - who was unable to go to the trial for some reason... so maybe the guy suffered injuries in hospital after he'd died?

Heard barrymore say that in an interview somewhere.
 
It's bizarre that he's been arrested after all this time.
Got to mean new evidence or witness testimony.
 
Though, these Police, you've got to hand it to them - they're bloody quick off the mark, aren't they?!

Barrymore is a tiny man the bloke in the pool was massive i cant see him doing anything really, he may have been a bystander!

Also why is there no dna evidence surely they could have said right you and you bummed him so explain yourselves.

I suppose he isnt there to say if it was consenting or not though!

If i was his dad i would stalk barrymore lace one of his drinks with a non specific halucinagen and put him into a mind bending situation that he couldnt escape from!
 
I hate these threads because they're fuelled by tabloid speculation.

The poor bloke could be innocent. :eek:

OK he might not be but it ain't our job to give him a public flogging.

Just cos he bummed some bloke off you've all got him down as a murderer. :lol:
