Marlboro light menthols...

there's something very horrible about menthols, yet at the same time quite nice...

it feels wrong in some way.

try superkings menthols, they are truely the most horrible cigarettes in the world.

Oh i'm not a '"proper" smoker or anything! Just fancy one when i've had a spritzer! :D

I know they are very bad and its very naughty! :(

the Easyway to stop smoking

and be done with the whole filthy habbit once and for all

I'm sure you could tell this thread was about smoking, so why answer in this manner?

There's a fine line betwenn giving an opinion and being a dick.

You crossed it, Richard.

first... my name aint richard
second... i want giving my opinion (well not really) i was trying to help people who are caught in the trap that is nicotine addiction that i was caught in for 17 years
and in any case saying that smoking is a filthy habit is a ridiculously mild opinion to what i and others have expressed here before now

third i am not a dick
but you definitely seem like you might be
or more likely you are a smoker who secretly hates himself for doing such a terrible thing to himself day in day out

do yourself a favour ... get the book
it will be the best thing you ever ever did
trust me

If you'd read the thread about "smoking banned in UK clubs" and my views expressed on that thread then you'd see that i am against smokers inflicting their choice on anyone else.

Just as I'm opposed to you inflicting your patronising sentiments upon other board members. If that what happens to me when i stop - shoot me now!

You smoked for numerous years and recently stopped. Whooppee dee doo. Smacks of Hypocrisy.

And the fact you need self help books to reach a "Road to Damascus" moment speaks, literally, Volumes (of crap)

Have a nice day.

You smoke - you die (early) Unlucky.

One of my staff's (oops, colleague!) dad is 96 and has smoked 40 a day for 75 years.

Not the norm i admit, but just goes to show how luck can play a big part.

I know more cases of people who've quit and decades later died of cancer than I do cases of people who smoked all along and died. :?

Trap? I made the choice myself... hard to call that a trap. I quite like it, thank you. It makes the perfect accessory for my alcoholism. 8)
